We do not provide cash on delivery as part of our transport.
The delivery to your address is provided by the company (which you selected in your order), which will deliver the package to you the next day and if you are not at home, it will be delivered the following business day or, after agreement with you, it will be delivered to one of the delivery points.
Once the shipping company has picked up the package from our warehouse, they will send you an SMS (most shipping companies also send you an email) informing you that you can expect your package the next business day. On the day of delivery, they will specify the time when the courier will arrive.
Expected shipping time: 1-2 business days.
You can pick up your ordered goods in person throughout the Czech Republic at more than 1,900 locations. As soon as the shipping company Zásilkovna takes over the shipment from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the package tracking number. When the order is ready for delivery, you will receive a notification via SMS and email. You have 7 days to pick up the shipment.
