What did your answers reveal about you?
There are a few weeks left until the birth, and even though you are looking forward to a new stage in your life, you also feel insecure. Maybe it's because of the disturbing birth stories you've heard so many times from women in your immediate environment, or maybe it's simply because you place high demands on yourself and have high expectations of yourself. You don't want to disappoint yourself or others. Your fear naturally increases as the birth approaches - whether you are a first-time mother who has no idea what to expect, or you have already had one birth that went differently than you imagined. But it doesn't have to be that way. During the exercises with Aniball, you will learn principles that will help you relax with the help of your breath, which can significantly contribute to a smoother birth.
Remember that fear doesn't just grip you, it also grips your pelvic floor. And literally - when your pelvic floor muscles are tight, the very act of inserting the Aniball can be uncomfortable. If it does eventually work, the balloon keeps slipping out - and you may feel hopeless and want to give up, saying that this exercise is simply not for you. But the opposite is true, because it is with conscious relaxation of the pelvic floor that the Aniball can help you.
So that you can return to your result at any time, we will also send it to your email within a few minutes.
Inhale – exhale. Deep, smooth and calm. We would like to hug you now and reassure you that you are not alone. It is natural to feel insecure and worried. Try not to let them completely control you. Breathing is the key to relaxation and if you really need something, learn to consciously relax with the help of your breath. Find time just for yourself, take your time, put on some pleasant music, close your eyes for a moment and breathe… anything that relaxes you during your exercises with Aniball can also help you during childbirth.
When you understand that fear is not your enemy, but your compass. Don't let it hold you back and learn the correct breathing technique with Aniballo that will help you relax naturally during childbirth and make your baby's journey into the world easier.

Aniball allows you to experience the sensations that accompany childbirth in the peace and comfort of your own home – especially the pressure caused by the baby's head in the birth canal. During exercise with it, a woman can try out different birthing positions, find the most suitable one, and at the same time learn basic principles that can contribute to a smooth birth.

The exercise method is based on working with the breath. When inhaling, the pelvic floor muscles relax, and when exhaling, they contract. During childbirth, it is important that instead of controlled pushing, when her body is contracted, a woman learns to consciously relax with the help of her breath and naturally breathe the baby into the world.
Pelvic floor health can affect not only childbirth, but also the quality of many other areas of life – from proper posture, to seemingly unrelated back pain or headaches, to sexuality, incontinence problems, painful menstruation and ovulation, to psychological mood, energy and vitality. Pelvic floor care should therefore be one of the regular rituals that help us maintain life balance and women's health.
The condition for the healthy functioning of the pelvic floor is its elasticity or optimal tension (tonus). If it loses this and is weakened (hypotonic) or, conversely, contracted (hypertonic), sooner or later its function will be impaired.
The pelvic floor is our emotional barometer – it stores fears, stresses, childbirth, but also unpleasant sexual experiences. It is a detector of our vitality, joy and sadness, fatigue and depression. It reacts to all these conditions either by weakening or, conversely, by contracting. Both extremes lead to loss of elasticity and dysfunction.
